IN NO EVENT SHALL URRY SOFTWARE LAB BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

USL XML engine or any its parts can not be altered or modifyed by anybody.

This is not free software. The software may be used unlimited time if it is not modified. While the software is unregistered, the authors copirights and advertising banner will appear in the bottom of the each displayed page. When the software will be registered, banner and copiright string will be removed.

- A separate registered copy of USL XML Engine must be obtained for each web server on which it will be used, even if such use is only temporary. This is not a concurrent use license.
Distribution of USL XML engine.
You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.
